Content Rules
What can't be published, recorded or done on the site, how to report it, and what happens next, including when we detect suspicious activity. They apply to packs, names, avatars, voice recordings, reactions and to how you use the service.
Bu belgeler İtalyanca ve İngilizce yazılmıştır: burada İngilizce sürümü görüyorsun. İkisi arasında fark olursa İtalyanca sürüm esas alınır.
1. What isn't allowed
- content that is illegal under Italian or EU law;
- incitement to hatred or violence, discrimination based on origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or other characteristics;
- harassment, bullying, threats, insults aimed at real people;
- sexually explicit content; any sexual content involving minors, which we report to the authorities;
- realistic, gratuitous violence, self-harm, glorifying crime;
- other people's personal data (addresses, phone numbers, private photos) and impersonating others or the site's staff;
- spreading recordings or videos of games with other players' voices or names outside the site without their consent;
- material protected by copyright or other rights without the rights holder's permission;
- spam, advertising, links to malware, scams or phishing, and attempts to obtain other people's accounts or data;
- getting around a ban, using several accounts to get around limits or to inflate votes, statistics or badges, using bots or scripts, exploiting game bugs or overloading the service.
2. Packs and copyright
Only upload videos, images and texts you have the right to use: filmed or written by you, under a licence that allows publication, or in the public domain. Clips from films, series, cartoons or games are almost always protected: publishing them without permission may break copyright law (Italian Law 633/1941). The same rules apply to unapproved packs you use in your own rooms. If the rights holder reports it we remove the pack; repeated infringements close the account.
3. How to report
Use the Report button on the pack page, profile or shared replay, or write to [email protected] (for something that happened during a game, give the room code and the time). To help us, include:
- why you believe the content is illegal or breaks these Rules;
- exactly where it is (the link and, if needed, the moment in the video or the line);
- your name and email, so we can tell you what we decided (not needed for offences involving minors);
- a statement that the report is made in good faith and the information is accurate.
You get a receipt with the report number straight away. If you have an account we tell you the outcome in your notifications, otherwise by email. Repeated, manifestly unfounded reports may lead to suspension of the sender (Art. 23 DSA).
4. What we do
An admin looks at every report and every submitted pack. Depending on how serious it is we may: reject or unpublish a pack, delete content, force a name or avatar change, remove someone from a room, suspend, ban temporarily or permanently, including the network and browser used, or delete the account.
Whoever published the content gets the reasons for the decision (Art. 17 DSA) and can contest it by writing to [email protected] within six months. Content that may amount to a serious criminal offence is reported to the competent authorities (Art. 18 DSA).
5. Suspicious activity: banning and deleting accounts
To keep the site safe for everyone, admins may ban or delete an account if they detect suspicious activity, even when it isn't about a single piece of content. For example:
- bots, scripts or automated tools used to play, vote, create profiles, upload content, or send requests or reports;
- several accounts used to get around a ban or a limit, or to inflate votes, statistics or badges;
- sign-ins suggesting an account was stolen, sold or shared, or attempts to get into other people's accounts;
- attempts to force, overload or get around the site's protections (anti-abuse limits, anti-bot checks, bans);
- mass sending of packs, friend requests, invites or reports, scams and harvesting other players' data.
If the activity puts other players or the service at risk we may suspend the account straight away, as a precaution, while we check; if the suspicion isn't confirmed the suspension is lifted. If it is confirmed we may apply a temporary or permanent ban, extended to the network and browser used, or delete the account: its data is then deleted as if its owner had closed it, and published packs that follow the rules may stay online. Guests may be removed from rooms and can't join from a blocked network or browser.
Automatic systems (anti-abuse limits, anti-bot checks) can only slow down or briefly stop an activity: suspensions, bans and deletions are always decided by a person. We tell you the decision and the reason on the site (for example on the ban screen), unless the law rules it out, and you can contest it by writing to [email protected] within six months. We only keep what is needed to enforce a ban and to handle any dispute, as the Privacy Notice explains.
6. Changes to these Rules
These Rules are part of the Terms of Service and the site's admins may change them at any time, for example to deal with new kinds of abuse, new features or changes in the law. The version in force is always the one published on this site, with its date at the top of the page: please check back periodically. Important changes are shown to you on your next visit and you are asked to accept them, as the Terms of Service provide.
